Chicken Topped with Fresh Peach Salsa

Blogging all things SALSA & Chicken Entrees. Chicken is such a versatile poultry that can be served in so many ways for lunch and dinner meals. Adding fresh peach salsa can add a wonderful citrus savory flavor to compliment any chicken dish.

Summer peach season is an ideal time to create all types of fresh peach salsas. I only create fresh peach salsa during the summer time when I can get peaches from the local orchards. There are so many varieties to choose from. Two of my favorites are the traditional yellow peach and white peaches. To me the white peaches have a sweeter flavor.

There are so many variations you can make with fresh peach salsa including peach/pineapple salsa, mango/peach salsa, mango/peach/pineapple salsa, etc when creating your chicken dishes. Slice baked chicken breast into strips and serve over warm rice topped with fresh peach salsa. Create a chicken vegetable stir fry and top with fresh peach salsa. Slice baked chicken breast and serve over a fresh greens salad topped with fresh peach salsa. It is the perfect way to to add incredible flavor to you salads. You can also top grilled chicken kabobs with peach salsa.
